Additional information about rental rates- SPECIAL
OFF-PEAK SAVINGS! If you're only four people or fewer, lower rates apply to the LOW and MID seasons. In 2010 you'll pay just
952 € in LOW Season and 1115 € in MID Season. In 2011 it will be 1150 € in LOW Season and 1375 € in MID
season. Reductions do not apply to HIGH Summer, WINTER or CHRISTMAS bookings.
Please note that we open the SWIMMING
POOL around May 1 each year, and close it at the end of September. June, July and August are glorious, but there are frequent
chilly days in May and September which aren't entirely conducive to a leisurely float. But it's always barbecue season! - FOR 2010 BOOKINGS, the first
25% of the Rental will be payable within 7 days of confirming your reservation. The balance, and a 500 € Breakage Deposit,
are due not less than 9 weeks before your holiday. If the booking is made less than 9 weeks prior to your holiday then the
full amount is payable on booking.
BOOKINGS FOR 2011 can be held initially for just 250 € per week,
with further progress payments later on.
We accept payment in Euros, Sterling or US Dollars, using the www.OandA.com
"Typical Cash Rate" at the date of transmission.
VISA and MasterCard are accepted, via PayPal,
for which there will be a 3% surcharge. The telephone is on itemized billing, and so your Deposit cannot be returned until
immediately after the relevant telephone bill is received. - The price is inclusive of water, gas and oil (excluding heating), electricity and
all local taxes. Heating of the house should not be required except in Spring and Autumn, when it is included in the price.
Should heating be asked for in summer there will be a supplementary per day charge.
